Data deletion

omnentra.com (“we”, “us”) respects your right to control your personal data.
This page explains how you can request deletion of the data associated with
your use of omnentra.com and our Facebook/Instagram integration
(“omnentra.com Integrations”).

What data we store

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we may store:

• Your Facebook/Instagram account and Page identifiers
• Page access tokens needed to publish and read content on your behalf
• Page content and engagement data required to provide our services

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of all data we hold about you in either of the
following ways:

1. Disconnect the app from Facebook

• Go to your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites)
• Find omnentra.com Integrations and click Remove
• This revokes our access. We will then delete the associated tokens and data.

1. Send us a deletion request

• Email us at legal@omnentra.com with the subject line
  “Data Deletion Request”
• Include the email address or account you used with omnentra.com
• We will verify your identity and process your request.

Processing time

We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving a valid
request and confirm once it is complete.
